I have always had a dog, ever since I was a child. I have also learned from an early age what it's like to lose them. We vow our hearts cant take it again and then they prove us wrong everytime.

I am lucky to have volunteered and worked at an animal rescue for a short while, please please, support your local shelter/rescue because they really don't ever have a day off from the complex world of rehoming/rescuing the dogs (and other pets).

These days, I have Roxie the pug cross from Animals In Need charity and Brumus, a cockapoo who came via friends. Add in two cornsnakes and you get the idea...
